The CEO of Africa Sports Ventures Group (ASVG), Leslie Koroma Sr, has confirmed that the company has entered into an official collaboration with the ABEO Group (ABEO) and Brand It Solutions after an MOU was signed by all 3 parties.
According to Koroma, the companies have agreed to collaborate in the following areas:
“Our collective collaborative efforts will center on sub-Saharan Africa. ABEO is a global leader in the sports and leisure equipment sector and has supplied the Olympic Games for several decades. ABEO is made up of more than 50 companies around the world. ABEO’s activities consist of 3 main divisions: (i) gymnastics and other team sports, such as basketball, wrestling, and combat sports; (ii) “sportainment” and climbing; and (iii) locker room layouts. Brand It Solutions is the business development advisory firm supporting ABEO’s work in sub-Saharan Africa,” ASVG said in a statement.
“The MOU between all 3 parties describes the collaboration we have agreed to, and a more extensive partnership agreement will be entered into at a later stage following a number of in-depth discussions.”
