Brighton condemned Liverpool to their second straight Premier League home defeat on Wednesday (February 3). A 1-0 victory by Graham Potter’s side left the champions with a mountain to climb if they are to retain their title.

Jurgen Klopp’s men struggled to break down the visitors and Brighton’s Steven Alzate scored the only goal of the game, in the 56th minute.
