Leipzig upset Atletico Madrid, book UCL semifinals ticket

RB Leipzig have qualified for the Uefa Champions League semi-finals at the expense of Atletico Madrid after Tyler Adams scored a shock 89th-minute winner to earn the Germans a 2-1 Victory.

Adams struck from the edge of the box taking a deflection off Stefan Savic to beat Jan Oblak in goal.

Atletico looked the more likely team to score in the closing minutes after coming back from a goal down at halftime to level through record signing Joao Felix, who won and scored a penalty.

Leipzig will now face PSG in the semi-finals, after goals by Neymar and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting put the French team ahead of Atalanta on Tuesday night.
