The fastest Man in history, Usain Bolt says Juventus and Portuguese superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo is faster than him.
Bolt describes Ronaldo as a “super athlete” who would beat him in a race.
The Jamacian won Olympic Gold in the men’s 100m and 200m in 2008 and 2012 and also set the world record 100m time of 9.58 when winning gold at the Berlin World Championships.
Bolt also has the 200m world record with a time of 19.19 seconds  Ronaldo, who has often been praised for his physique, once ran 96m in 100 seconds while at Real Madrid and his official FIFA speed is 21mph.
The Portuguese star is still playing at the elite level and that is why Bolt believes he would come second if they raced each other.
“Cristiano would win for sure,” Bolt told  Marca.
“He’s still active and he works hard every day. For me, he’s a super athlete.
“He’s always at the top of his sport. He works very hard and is always focused. I think right now he would be faster than me.”
Away from athletics Bolt has often spoken about his love for Ronaldo’s former side, Manchester United.
He attempted to make it as a professional football when he underwent a trial with Australian side Central Coast Mariners in 2018.
Despite scoring twice in a friendly he was unable to achieve his ambition and with the benefit of hindsight thinks things could’ve been different had he tried his luck in Europe.
“I think that if I had stayed in Europe I would have achieved it and it would have been better,’ he added.
“My thinking when going to Australia was to be away from the media, away from everyone.   “It was going to help me to work with less pressure but it didn’t work out that way.
