Ligue 1 side, Lille have reportedly received a staggering £75m offer for their Nigerian striker, Victor Oshimen according to Telefoot.
Oshimen has been in great form for Lille this season, scoring 13 goals in the French premier league, Ligue 1 and attracting a great deal of interest from teams in the top European leagues. Liverpool, Tottenham, Manchester United, Inter Milan and Chelsea are all said to be keen to add the youngster to their books.
Oshimen scored against Chelsea in the UEFA Champions League and scored 2 overall before Lille crashed out.
The striker featured for Charleroi in the Belgian League last season, on loan from his parent club Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga, where he started his career.
He rose to world acclaim in 2015, when he emerged top scorer as Nigeria won the FIFA U-17 World Cup in Peru.
Oshimen has been capped by Nigeria at senior level, too, winning a bronze medal at the Afcon in Egypt in 2019 as substitute to striker Odion Ighalo, who emerged as Afcon top scorer.
Oshimen has since stepped into Ighalo’s role as Nigeria’s top striker following the Manchester United striker’s international retirement last year.
